This project consists of a four story house and a completely clean slate! The goal was a spacious home where everyone has their own dedicated space, while allowing and encouraging that family time in the communal rooms of the home.

Throughout this property we used an immense amount of deep earth tones to capture the warmth that can be found in nature with the joyful use of colour to spark accents of personality to each floor and room of this home.

Mental health has never been so present in our world as it is now. Respecting peoples boundaries to recharge should be engrained in our homes. The one place you can call yours needs to be your safe space.

The Ground Floor

This floor was the initial start of the project for the idea family space without compromising on function. The warm ash walls with the terracotta accents throughout the space kept a warmth within the walls while allowing play in the shapes of furniture and an all important circular layout for optimal flow throughout the working floor of the house.

The First Floor

The first floor of bedrooms offered its own set of challenges as they had an identical amount of floor space due to the central staircase there needed to be some clear individuality within the designs while offering the same function but the symmetry of the house became hugely helpful. Both turned out to take control of their own identities by the end of the project!

The Second Floor

Now the ultimate act of self care is dedicating a whole floor of your house to the master bedroom and bathroom! A luxury bathroom with enough warmth to melt away any stress of life and paired with a comfortable and breathable bedroom nothing short of the perfect night's sleep. But don't forget the custome walk-in wardrobe and dressing room.

The Third Floor

Now A Multi functional floor was the best description for the third floor as it doubles up as a working office, business lounge and a guest bedroom with full en-suite. (Not to mention the best views at the top of the house.) Texture has never been more important than when working with a space that needs to reflect a calm environment for working.

The Basement

Maintaining healthy habits can be tough but taking out barriers such as travel can really help overcome some of the denial about excuses. Having access to gym equipment at home really does encourage exercise and this home gym was set for the best start. The basement also housed a server room and rehearsal room for the occupants drums that got the soundproofing they needed.

Last But Not Least On Its Way
